About Me

Houston, Texas-based attorney Bill Voss began his postsecondary education studying criminal justice at Lamar University. Graduating with a BS in 1999, he subsequently attended the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he earned his JD. In 2004, Bill Voss founded The Voss Law Firm, P.C., where he continues to serve as the founder, owner, and attorney.

Through his law firm, he focuses his practice on business and commercial insurance disputes and insurance fraud litigation, as well as business, individual, and institutional insurance claims. In one case in which he represented condominium owners in Texas, he managed to secure millions for his clients, from an initial settlement offer of $300,000. His legal work has earned plaudits in Forbes, Texas Monthly, and the Houston Press. He also has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and was named by Newsweek Magazine as a top attorney in the country.

Mr. Voss is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Bar Association.
